Aliyah Mcllveen

Vet Tech

Aliyah is a devoted dog lover with a heart for rescue. Her journey in animal rescue spans more than 15 years—starting with a decade of hands-on volunteer work before transitioning into a professional role five years ago. Whether fostering, advocating for spay/neutering pets, or supporting rescue operations, Aliyah is passionate about giving every dog the chance at a happy, loving life.

Aliyah is a proud graduate of Penn Foster’s Veterinary Technician program, which has equipped her with the skills and knowledge to provide even greater care to the animals she works with. At home, she shares her heart (and her couch) with her two beloved dogs, Chloe and Opie. They are a daily reminder of why she does this work and bring endless joy, laughter, and inspiration to her life.

Originally from Pennsylvania, Aliyah and her husband made the move south five years ago and haven’t looked back. They love their new home and community, where Aliyah continues her mission to make a difference—one rescue dog at a time.
